He completed his primary, secondary and high school education in CAIRO. He graduated from Ayn Shams University Faculty of Law in Egypt. He continued his profession in Cairo for a while, and has been providing consultancy services in Turkey for about 14 years. During his career, he participated in International Trade, European Community Law and European Union Legislation training programs and conducted studies on comparing international law and international legislation. He also carries out studies in this field by participating in trainings and seminars on Commercial Law, Law of Obligations, Intellectual and Industrial Rights.
He also advises domestic and foreign companies on issues such as foreign investments, capital markets law, unfair competition, real estate and leases, Legal Due Diligence, Mergers and Acquisitions, Privatization Law, Company Law and Contracts Law, and is known for his experience in litigation and innovative strategies and solutions. .
He has also been actively involved in many domestic or international M&A transactions, privatization, joint venture, project finance, corporate and contract law transactions, and banking and capital markets regulatory transactions.
