He was born in 1979. He completed his primary, secondary and high school education in Konya. He graduated from Marmara University Faculty of Law. He participated in the Intellectual and Industrial Rights Law certificate program organized by Ankara Bar Association.
He completed his master's degree in informatics law at Hacettepe University.
He carries out legal studies in many fields, especially in Social Media Law, Finance Law, Real Estate Law.
He successfully completed the Law of Contracts and International Economic Law certificate programs.
She still gives symposiums in the field of attorney law.
