He was born in 1990. He completed his primary, secondary and high school education in ANKARA. He graduated from Bilkent University Faculty of Law. He specializes in Energy Law, Commercial Law and Contracts Law.
He worked as a consultant and manager in Privatization, Mergers and Acquisitions, Project Finance and Energy and Mining projects.
